As CEO of Platform Realty Partners (PRP), Alex is responsible for overseeing PRP day to day and long-term strategy for the growth of the Corporation and plays a key consulting role with developers Alex has over 14 years of experience in sales and marketing with expertise both in pre-construction of low and high rise. Prior to the launch of Platform Realty Partners, Alex held executive leadership positions with high profile developers such as Great Gulf, SmartCentres and most recently Emblem Developments. He has also held the title of Broker of Record for their in-house brokerage. He has led his past teams with extensive knowledge in floorplan design, marketing, pricing branding and sales strategies. Some Projects he has led in the past; One Bloor, Yonge and Rich, Monde, X2, Hot Condo, Home on Power, ArtWalk Condo and Design District. In 2022, Alex overachieved the difficult market by earning the National Award for Sales Team of the Year.

As President of Platform Realty Partners (PRP), Steve is responsible of the day-to-day activities of PRP and growing the portfolio of the organization. Prior to Platform Realty Partners, Steve held the title of Vice President at Baker Real Estate, Cresford Developments and most recently Emblem Developments. Steve has over 10 years of experience in managing sales for preconstruction developments across the GTA. He has exceeded over $4 Billion in sales with a proven track record in outperforming sales and targets with the ability to shift strategies even in the toughest market. Steve has launched over 5000 housing units and numerous mixed-use projects throughout the GTA. In a very challenging market, Steve was able to achieve the National Award of Sales Team of the Year in 2022.

Samantha is responsible for operations and management, oversees the administrative and sales team, and provides senior sales support. She began her career in 2011 and has played a key role in the successful launches for 50+ high-rise and low-rise developments in the GTA, selling over 15,000+ units.
